The type of personal information we collect

Kraydel may collect and process the following information about you: 

• Identity data. Data which can directly identify you, such as your email address, first name and surname, phone number, address and profile picture. 

• Technical information. Information that is necessary for the use of the Product and Services, such as Wi-Fi network, technical logs, date of activation, serial ID, debug technical information and IP address. 

• Health Information. Information about your health and general well-being e.g. heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen level and weight

• Movement Information. Information about your routine and general movement in your home 

 

How we get the personal information?

Most of the information we process is provided to us directly by you. 

We may also receive information indirectly from the the contracted organisation or a family member.

What do we use your personal information for?

We use the information in order to:

• Provide Products and Services such as video calling, sending reminders and monitoring of vital signs

• Setup and manage your account. Use of our Product and Services requires the creation of a Konnect account. This account allows you to manage your content, preferences and supporter network

• Communicating with you. When you contact our customer support department to solve a problem that you have reported, our team members may be required to process your personal data to help you

• Marketing, research and recommendations. Your personal data may be used to help us communicate with you, for example to offer you surveys, contests or promotions in which you are free to participate. We may provide you with information about our Product and Services, such as alerts, changes, new features, sales offers or to announce new Products and Services to you. You may be invited to participate in the research by receiving questionnaires. 

• Improve our Products and Services. We may use your anonymous personal data to improve our Product and Services. In addition, your data might be anonymised and used to conduct studies and analyses in the field of health, in order to advance scientific research.

What is the lawful basis for processing your information?

Our lawful basis for processing your personal data is legitimate interest i.e. it is necessary to process your information in order to provide a service to the contracted organisation.

We may also process special category information (i.e. health data) in order to provide you with health and social care services.

 

Do we share your personal data?

Your personal data will not be distributed, communicated, exchanged or transferred to third parties, on any medium whatsoever. Only the assumption of the purchase of Kraydel and its rights would allow the transmission of your data to the potential purchaser, who would in turn be bound by the same obligation to protect your data

 

Mandatory disclosure. We may be compelled by the law to disclose your personal data to some authorities or other third parties, such as the the law enforcement or legal authorities.​

Your information is securely stored on Amazon Web Services (London).

 

How long do do we store your personal information for?

In order for you to use our Product and Services, your data is stored until your Konnect account is deleted.

 

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

• Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

• Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

• Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.

• Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

• Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
